This is an aftermarket gasket made of cork and EPMD rubber so it is flexible and you can reuse it as opposed to the old cork ones that either ripped when removed or got soaked in oil and wouldn't seal again. Yes they have the H20 tabs that stick out on the sides but it doesn't affect the fit or use. The price is for one gasket.
